After some background on the legal system in the United States, Mark will discuss specific actions or market expectations coming out of the Trump Administration that are most likely to affect you.

Prior to joining Borenius in 2016, Mark worked for the corporate and real estate departments of a mid-size law firm (150+ lawyers) in New York City. At Borenius, Mark primarily focuses on advising Finnish companies moving and operating in the United States. His advice covers data, privacy, trademark, venture capital financing, distribution and license agreements, and M&A matters in the US.
