When: Fri 13th, April at 9.00-10.30 (registration and morning coffee at 8.45)

Where: WTC Turku, Vierailukeskus Joki, Lemminkäisenkatu 12B, Turku

Please join Mark Falcon, Borenius Attorneys Ltd’s New York qualified attorney, for a discussion on business and legal factors when managing US-based market demand. We will go through the operational, tax and liability reasons a company may consider establishing a US company, and as importantly, when it may not be desirable to have a US company. In addition, we will look at the three main ways to establish a US company: subsidiary, joint venture and acquisition, and the unique characteristics in each of these options. Please feel free to come with specific questions and circumstances, so that we may have the ability to have an open problem-solving discussion!
